Letting my mind wander; it looks like I went overboard again o^o;; KIRAAAAAA SPARKLIESSS. Despite my ambitions to abuse Photoshop trickery, I ended up hand painting everything in the painting.
I have a hard time adjusting the final darkness of this painting because my monitors all give different values o_O (And they're adjusted with Spyder too >o<  Please critique! ORZZZZ EDIT: I adjusted the values on a different monitor, it's all brightzz now EDIT 2: lmao i hate how monitors are all different Comments

Critiques
Let's see. I seems like you're trying to portray this girl as a spirit of the stars, am I right? Or at least, that's what it appears to me. The pose is pretty well done. It looks almost as if she's floating on a throne. Very goddess-esque, and I like that. I'll admit, at first I was slightly confused by her outfit, but now that I look at it, I really enjoy all the elements that pull it together. The fir-like shawl on her left shoulder confused me and seemed a bit random, and only really fits there once you put some thought into it. But I do like the way it looks. I love how the long flowing robes all around her seem to fade into nebula clouds. Very creative and clever. I also love that her tiara looks like icicles... also like a bird, how does that fit in? It's intriguing... I do like how her design plays off of the common colors of space(red, blue, and purple), but one thing I don't like is the complicated design/tattoo. On her legs, it's just distracting. And on her stomach, that weird looking top.. something more simple really would have made the outfit, since you have these other intriguing elements in her outfit. As for her legs, I see that there are... aliens and stars tattooed? That, right there, kind of destroys her whole immortal, graceful appearance and shoves something more modern into her design and it really doesn't fit, especially with the background. Something more subtle like maybe faded bright spots(stars) on her legs or something... or you just could have left them blank.
Another thing I really love about this is that bright flower. The petals flying off seem to fade into stars. Really clever of you.
I'm in love with this picture, and very proud that you hand painted it all, but the swirlies down below, they jsut don't fit at all and it's very distracting. The nebulae and her body alone frame the picture well already.
Oh, and I think her left arm is a little too short.
Overall, wonderful picture. I enjoy it and I love the little things you incorporated into her outfit and such, but some parts are a little too complicated or confusing, or too random.
Anyway, it's a really great pictur and I'm glad I got the chance to critique. c:
